North Notts BID
LITE were appointed by North Notts BID to not just design a new scheme of lights for both Worksop and Retford, but to also supply and install it as well.
The brief was to provide each town with its own identity of festive illuminations whilst at the same time ensure an even handed approach could be recognised.
Worksop
The focal point in Worksop was to be at the main switch on event outside the town hall, where a 30 foot tall real Christmas tree was installed. The tree was decorated with 3,000 LED lights and red baubles, the town hall with warm white icicles and light curtains, deciduous trees with hanging 3D stars and on columns opposite the town hall, three chandeliers in the shape of champagne glasses were installed. The main shopping area had numerous elegant cross street displays, interspersed with column displays and diamond shaped 3D stars hung in trees which were extremely well received.
